All of our Tutus are now going to be named. I've been thinking of some Fun and Flirty names for my Items. We also now have specific lengths for our Sample Tutus. Clients are still more than welcome to contact me for Custom Lengths but It's just easier to make a Few Standard Tutus and lengths.

This tutu is made from Tons of Tulle. It is our Short and Sassy Length (only about 6-8in from waistline in length.) Has tons of Bright Colored Tulle Strips. Hot Pink, Electric Blue, Blackest Black and Royal Purple. Round or Flower Rhinestones can be added.
