This is our Newest Halloween Tutu. This is a really small sample. It was Custom ordered for a Newborn. However, Like all of our tutus, everything is Custom Made to the Buyers Specifications.

Made from Orange, Black, Yellow and White tulle. Can be made with a Ribbon Tie back. Length is 8in from waist.
